What is it?

-This is a 50's style pre-wired Les Paul wiring harness upgrade for Gibson and Epiphone Les Paul guitars. The 50's style wiring allows you to maintain more high end and clarity with less treble loss when rolling back on the volume.
-The harness also features the .022 Orange Drop Capacitors. When compared to the .047 caps, the .022 controls a narrower frequency range. The result is a slightly sharper and clearer tone with a more detailed high end.
-Hand wired with the highest quality parts and cleanest solder connections. This wiring harness will give you the clearest signal possible with even and balanced volume/tone roll off.

Ingredients

-4 x matched CTS 500k pots. Long split shaft, 3/8" wide bushing, 3/4" long. (cts makes the highest quality poteniometers with consistant and reliable readings).
-2 volume 2 tone
-.022mfd Sprague orange drop capacitor (produces a smooth and even treble roll off when cutting back on the tone controls)
-Vintage style pull back cloth wire (7 strand 22 gauge wire for the strongest grounding connection)
-Custom aluminum shield plate to insure proper grounding and noise reduction
-Wiring diagram included

NOTE: If you are replacing the electronics on an Epiphone les paul you may need to widen the potentiometer holes on the guitar. You may also need new plastic knob covers. Most Epiphones come stock with smaller pots.
